I never knew that I would end up buying our Palisade from Lia Hyundai. I have been talking to two other dealership with the intent that I would go with either one. My wife just suggested that we should try Lia Hyundai. I sent my info and I started talking to Faiz who is very wonderful and great staff and he connected me to the Manager Haris who spoke with me wonderfully, offer me that he could cut me a deal if I would love to go with Cast Iron Brown exterior with Brown Interior and invited us to come and see it first. Our first choice of color for exterior is Robust Emerald Pearl with Brown Interior, but considering we really need car at that point we decided to go in and see what they have available. Unfortunately, we didn't meet Faiz on that day, Claudio was the Sales consultant that we met, we looked at the car and Claudio was very attentive to us, very professional. Since we have already know what we wanted, Claudio made us a deal that day without even test drive the car. We fell in love with the color, the interior really meet what we have seen in the videos. It was very quick on that day and we just came back to pick up the car. Claudio was very knowledgeable, friendly and the purchasing experience was so amazing. He even checked on us after we have picked up the car to see if everything is going very well. Thank you Lia Hyundai and thank you for your customer service Claudio :)

I had a great experience at Lia Hyundai! The staff was so nice and welcoming, and Faiz Mandozai made the purchase process simple and easy to understand (this was my first time at a dealership and I felt a bit out of my depth). He took the time to answer any questions I had about the car, making sure I was completely comfortable before driving off the lot. I'm in love with my new Venue!
