I visited Lia Hyundai, on 07/01/2026, to service my 2023 Palisade. I was able to pre-schedule the appointment for the 1st appointment of the day because I like to get in and out as early as possible. Oil change, tire rotation, NYS inspection and a recall to replace the 3rd row window glass film. My Service Advisor, Josephine Calabro, couldn't have been nicer. She took good care of me by getting me in right away and keeping me informed of the progress of my vehicle as I waited in the customer lounge. Everything took 2. 5 hours and I was out.

Josephine Calabro was the Hyundai employee who assisted us at Lia. We had routine service, but I had quite a few questions. She answered all my questions and even researched information for me. The service was quick and efficient, the waiting room very comfortable and the complimentary car wash a real plus!

Had my 2025 Ioniq 5 in for warranty service due to a defective ICCU. The part took about 10 days to arrive but my service rep Josephine Calabro was great at communicating the status of my vehicle repair the entire time. She was very responsive and answered questions in a timely manner.
