Rachel was incredibly helpful in assisting with me an initial appointment and then a much needed earlier appointment. She was also very reassuring that I would be helped. Salesman Shawn V was very friendly, patient and courteous. He was also incredibly professional and helpful in helping me into a new vehicle that I absolutely love, from the beginning stages to the final departure with my new car! Lastly Manager Anthony also was very informative about warranties and any needed service questions. Everyone was reassuring during my entire visit due to my Altima unexpectedly failing. I look forward to driving my new Santa Fe daily (even running mundane errands just to drive it more). Kudos to all at Lia Hyundai of Albany!!
