They repeatedly presented wrong information to me. I purchased a certified pre-owned Santa Fe PHEV which is eligible for clean used vehicle tax credit. 1) They said used clean vehicle tax credit is not applicable to me as I'm in visa. When showed that there's no mention about this in IRS website, they said 2) "You are buying an used vehicle, what do you expect? We have checked everything and you are not eligible." Harris Bhati was the most rude and unreasonable among all. 3) When I showed from IRS website and Edmunds website that both of the above claims are false and I'm indeed eligible- Harris Bhatti simply threatened "We don't want to do this. As simple as that. If you don't go away, I'll have to ask security to escort you." I have video footage of these conversation and supporting evidence that I was completely calm, reasonable and professional throughout this entire interaction that happened on 19 Mar 2025 4:07pm. Ryan was present during this conversation. As a whole this was a very unpleasant experience. I expect disciplinary action against Harris Bhatti for lying to me and behaving in extremely unprofessionally and disrespectfully. They also lied many times like - "this vehicle is not eligible because it was made in Korea", "3 days have already passed" (only 48 hours had passed by that time).

My brother purchased a car from here. Everyone seemed super nice and willing to work with him until he drove off of the lot with his new car. Car instantly was pulling to the right, tred on the tires are different all of the way around. This throws off the alignment of the vehicle. Desitin, Lynn and Ryan here were the ones that worked with us. They dodged phone calls, wouldnt return messages. And now to fix the issues they want us to pay out of pocket. Whether the tires passed ny state inspection or not, there is clearly an issue that a different mechanic found and stated he wouldnt of passed this vehicle based on the tires. Now its $173.00 per tire, and they wont even consider resolving this issue. They got their sale, and that was that. We have their surveys, and I can tell you they wont be getting great scores. Do not go to this dealership, or at least not to buy a used vehicle. I shouldnt have to get my attorney involved and have to waste time bringing paperwork from another mechanic to them because they want to keep going back and forth, and then stop returning calls and now Ryan say hes not going to do anything. Awful customer service.
