I had a wonderful experience recently at Lia Hyundai. I met a very nice young gentleman and sales person Shawn Vital. I am not young anymore so buying a car is not as simple as in my younger years. I purchased a 2026 Premium Kona. This car is wonderful. I definitely would refer family or friend to him. AlsoJeff in finance was a pleasure as well to deal with throughout the purchase.

I met an awesome salesperson at Lia. He went beyond what most sales personnel do. His name is Shawn very personable and knowledgeable. He then introduced me to Jeff in the finance department. Let’s just say I got the car I wanted. TY both.

We had a great experience with Shawn Vital, Kia Hyundai of Albany. Shawn listened to our needs, confirmed the appropriate vehicle, ensured a smooth sales process, and turnover of our new Santa Fe. Although we do not purchase cars often, I would recommend you consider Shawn to assist you when the time comes for you to look into new transportation.

sales guy was good, had car less than a week and the wiring harness for the brake light kept making the dash light come on and off, replaced the bulb and it kept doing the same thing. talked with the sales guy and two managers, told us they wouldn't cover any thing and expected us to pay a diagnostics fee of $170 just to even look at the car, plus what ever it would be to have the part fixed, mind you this problem started 3 days after we took the car home and I have texts out to the sales guy for the issue that are dated. NYS has a 30 warranty by law from any kind of dealer big or small. Its crazy they expected us to pay a diagnostics fee and parts and labor on something we had less than a week and were told it was a ware and tear issue. How can it be ware and tear when I haven't even drove the car 2 days. Disappointed, Wouldn't recommend. You'd think with a dealership as big as Lia with as much money they make, they would make a small issue like this good for the customer less than a week after buy a car from them. Crazy
