I can’t say enough good things about this dealership and the staff here! Tony Arzaga General Sales manager is AWESOME! Really cares about his customers . He went above and beyond for me ! Luis Rosario was fantastic . Made sure I knew everything about the car , very knowledgeable! His communication is exceptional! The company is lucky to have Brian Singer as their General Manager! I don't normally wright reviews but I had to for these guys. When customer service is obsolete now a days I have to say these folks treated me like family they put me at ease listen to what I needed found a car that works for me went in 2 days later and walked out an hour later with the car I wanted the payment that worked for me. Brian the GM and sales associate Lisa C. are the best very attentive listened to my needs and went from there and Carlos the finance guy killed it. Folks I have to say this dealership is an example of how good leadership makes a difference to customer service, job well done. I WILL RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE!!!!! KEEP IT UP. #thebigpoppaway

I bought a Santa Cruz from them 10 days ago and still havent been able to register it. Instead of properly handling the registration, they just swapped my old plates onto the new vehicle. I went back today to get answers, only to be told (after waiting 25 minutes) to come inside by a very rude staff member who then told me to leave when I questioned the process. I even had to call the police to confirm whether it was legal to drive with my old plates. On top of that, they charged me $700 in document fees, and now Im stuck covering registration and inspection costs out of my own pocket. This is absolutely shameful customer service. I would strongly advise others to think twice before doing business here.
