I had an outstanding experience buying a new Tucson at Lia Hyundai. Looking and buying a new car is never easy or enjoyable but the process from start to finish here was different. My salesperson, Jashua Baker, was the definition of professional, knowledgeable and personable. When I wanted to look at specific color and trim they didn’t have on the lot, he got the exact car I wanted to see in less than two hours. I never got the impression he just wanted to sell me a car. He instead wanted me to be happy with my decision. And in the end, I was. Carlos in finance is fantastic, and the GM was a pleasure to work with. No pushy sales gimmicks, just honesty and transparency. I would highly recommend giving them an opportunity to show you how smooth the process can be.
