I usually hate car dealerships, but Luis was great and the general manager as well. Luis was knowledgeable, not pushy at all, and genuinely made whats normally a stressful, dreadful experience feel easy and positive. He took his time, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The general manager was also fantastic and made everything feel fair and straightforward. Highly recommend this dealership and especially working with Luis.
