My experience at Lia has for many years been wonderful. Very friendly folks, nice atmosphere and very clean. Don't know what I would do without Michael at the service desk and Griff my mechanic. Keep up the great work and thank you for always taking care of me and my 2013 Hyundai Santa fe.

Mike, from the service department, went above and beyond in my opinion. The towing company charged me twice to tow my car to Lia Hyundai but never towed it. My car was at Big Y a little ways from the dealership. Long story short, Mike walked over with a jumper box, because my dumb ass never keeps mine in my car, and got ot going to bring to the dealership. I can't say enough about how helpful he was because I just lost my job last week and tjen the towing company, Windsor Garage, got $28 from me last night and didn't tow the car and then got another $100 from me today and didn't tow the car. They didn't even call with any issues like hey, I can't find your car just nothing and then the call just got cancelled through a text message which is when I called Mike. Anyway, Mike is the best! Thank you so much Mike!!! You really helped me out at a time when I was about have some kind of breakdown Thank you again!
