Raj was extremely helpful and when we need another vehicle we will definitely see him . . . . In fact we went back and my wife now has a 2024 Tucson 6/29/2026 - Just left another message for Gavin (Service manager) I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the fact that we were NOT given a loaner when my leased 2026 Tucson was dropped off on 6/23 - We are NOT hearing back from you people at all - This must be resolved today JUNE 29 !!! CALL ME IMMEDIATELY YOU GOT MY NUMBER

It is hard to trust a car dealership, including the service department, especially when you have had several poor repair experiences. In the past, I had issues with repairs at other location not Hyundai car dealer. However, with my current vehicle that I purchased and serviced here, I have been very happy. On my last visit, Gavin Basso handled my service. He provided clear recommendations and did not push unnecessary repairs. I believe this dealership is moving in the right direction and will earn the trust of many satisfied customers who return for future repairs.

I came to lia hyundai of hartford in need of a new car. My initial phone call before going was with sales rep Jacob. He was great to speak with. I went in and met with him. We reviewed different options of what I was looking for. He was very professional and not pushy which was comforting. His sincerity and genuine personality is really what made me comfortable purchasing my new Santa Cruz. Being in sales myself I respected how he zeroed in on what I was looking for and not trying to sell me something that was olabove what I was budgeting. In purchasing the vehicle I had the pleasure of meeting with JD the sales manager. He assisted in getting exactly what I was looking for as far as features go for the budget I was trying to stay within. Unfortunately after purchasing the car something I was told I would have added to my truck was not feasable. Fortunately JD is a stand up guy and a man of his word which you don't find frequently anymore. He brought in the service manager Gavin who worked tirelessly to find an option that would accommodate my original purchase. These three men make a great team and really uphold what I think is a reputation that Lia as well as hyundai should be proud of. I highly recommend lia hyundai of hartford for your next vehicle purchase. They will not disappoint.

After an unusual issue with my car, I was able to have a great meeting with Klodian and my salesman Raj Kumar.. Raj worked with me with the lease of my past car and I was happy to work with him again! He is patient, explains and re-explains.. most importantly he is honest. Upon taking my car, he spent a lot of time explaining all the buttons.. never felt rushed. This dealership settled my issues with previous car, got me into a new car, and I rate them as a 10!
