False promises. Very disappointed A salesman at Lia HyundaI, Jacob Minos, promised to teach me how to use the tech in my brand new Tucson, even though I bought it somewhere else. I had come in with a friend who I had recommended she get a Hyundai. Jacob knew how to use all the tech for both vehicles and said he'd teach me when I got back in town. I texted him many times over the last month and called the sales floor ... no response at all. I am really disappointed. I was planning to move all my servicing to Lia Hyundai because of his total care, and I'm sad to say I couldn't give him a great review. It would have taken him literally 10 minutes to show me what to do and he clearly couldn't be bothered . It's sad

Jacob was the most amazing sales person we ever met, so patient, friendly, understanding and honest and also knowledgeable about the car we where interested in- we could not have been in better hands. The entire team was very helpful as well and guided us thru the process. We had tried a dealership closer to our home and where so disappointed with their service that we drove 3 hours to get here and the journey was worth it.
