Didn't purchase from Lia ended up leasing a 2025 Honda from Liberty Honda. Liberty was much easier to deal with. i was kind of turned off by Sales manager J.D. At Lia when he said we don't negotiate. my opinion is everything in life is negotiable.

Emily Solla did an amazing job walking me through all the pertinent aspects of my contracts and additional ad-on options for my consideration. Since this was my first purchase of a brand new vehicle in the US, I felt like she had my interests at heart and that made me feel way better about the whole purchase. The sales department could definitely do better by being more listening of what I want as a customer rather than trying to push me to quickly conclude on a sale deal.
