I have been harassed by the representative Kayla F. to upgrade my vehicle and when I requested after her numerous called to not be contacted by her any more in regards to an upgrade. I advised her that I have tried to avoid her several times and she did not understand no. She then filled our w car faux which then sent out my contact info both email and phone number and I have been called by over 30 companies trying to sell me a car. Please by any means you want w vehicle please go to another Hyundai as Kayla will be the biggest nuisance and harass you and encourage others to do the same

I cant believe how rude Kayla who answers the phone is. You ask for a salesperson and she argues with you that she can help. BDC is not a full salesperson. I kept calling back after she dropped the call multiple times. So unfortunate. I cant recommend doing business here.

I purchased the 2024 Kona N Line. My first time purchasing a Hyundai and first at Lia Hyundai of Hartford. It was a great experience. Didn't feel pressured at all.
