I have never experienced such amazing customer service. Rajinder Kumar went above and beyond to find the best deal within my budget. He understood exactly what vehicle I was looking for and did not stop until he found it. The whole team was knowledgeable, attentive, and made the entire process easy. Rajinder Kumar was so easy going and great to work with. He and the rest of the staff there made buying a car fun. The Lia group don’t work on commission, which means the salespeople don't pressure you and get all territorial. We would totally work with Lia Hyundai of Hartford again.

My experience with Lia Hyundai of Hartford has always been great. I bought my first Hyundai in 1984. Back then, 2 of the cars burned alot of oil. Since then, all my cars were much better. I began leasing my cars in 2014. On March 20, 2026, I had the pleasure of dealing with Rajlnder Kumar. Raj showed great customer service and support when I came in, to lease another Hyundai. Raj Kumar was very professional, polite, courteous and friendly. He and his manager showed great assistance in looking for another car to lease for me. I appreciated their assistance very much towards me. Rajlnder Kumar is a wonderful sales specialist to work with when looking for a new car. This is the second car in 3 years I buy from Raj at Lia Hyundai. One thing I like about Raj is he doesnt waste any time. He greeted me promptly every time I came in and was ready to show me every car I wanted to see. After considering 4 different cars, I got a better car than the one I came in for at a great price. After an unusual issue with my car, I was able to have a great meeting with Klodian and my salesman Raj Kumar.. Raj worked with me with the lease of my past car and I was happy to work with him again! He is patient, explains and re-explains.. most importantly he is honest. Upon taking my car, he spent a lot of time explaining all the buttons.. never felt rushed. This dealership settled my issues with previous car, got me into a new car, and I rate them as a 10!
