A+ experience. I have bought multiple cars from this location. The manager Dave Bertuch makes the whole process seamless, down to the amazing sales rep Jaylen, and the white glove service from Pedro at the end. this has been such a great experience while buying a car. so many options, and the customer service is top notch!

Impeccable Professionalism ! After visiting a few car dealerships in the area , I went to Lia Nissan of Schenectady N Y . I walked into the dealership and was greeted with a friendly smile by the receptionist , I said I was interested in purchasing a vehicle and was introduced to Anthony Giles , sales and leasing professional. Anthony greeted me with a smile and asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle, I said I would like to explore a few different options . Anthony found me more then a few choices, after considering the different vehicles , I chose to test drive a 2023 Nissan Altima, with low mileage ,also this Altima was a Certified Pre Owned vehicle. Anthony brought the Vehicle around to the front of the dealership, Anthony thoroughly explained every aspect of the car before and during the test drive . In just a few moments I decided this was the car for me . Anthony explained the payment options with monthly payments terms , I decided to put a deposit on the vehicle. The day I took possession of the vehicle it was brought out front and the car had been meticulously cleaned and polished, I meet with the finance manager and he explained all the options on warranties and payments terms. Anthony once again went over the Altima inside and out.That day I was personally greeted by David Bertuch and he genuinely thanked me for choosing Lia Nissan. At Lia Nissan I never felt pressured or hurried to make a decision . Anthony Giles and everyone one else I came into contact with at Lia nissan were exceedingly customer oriented .

This is the fourth consecutive Nissan (2017 Murano, 2020 Murano, 2023 Rogue, and now 2026 Rogue -- all "Platinum" trim level) that I've leased with the terrific folks at Lia Nissan of Colonie. All four experiences have been efficient and expedient, and I have always enjoyed the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction. It all starts with the expertise and knowledge of the general manager Dave Bertuch who always treats me with the utmost respect while putting together "the best possible deal." Then this particular leasing & delivery day (9/26/2025) continued with the sales associate Robert Challacombe and financial consultant Michael Dwarika. Robert spent a good amount of time with me reviewing the leasing process and then proceeded to show me everything I needed to know about the car itself, and Michael explained all the financial details and involved paperwork. All three gentlemen were excellent at their jobs, and I felt like they went "above and beyond" with how they treated me in creating a very smooth process. The entire experience was flawless, simple, and an absolute pleasure ! And I also need to mention service manager Tim Russo and his skilled staff, who have always taken very good care of me.
