I would give more than five stars if I could. From the moment I walked into Lia Nissan I felt welcomed, respected, and was given all of the information and assistance I needed to make a purchase. Every single individual who I spoke with was very professional and engaging from Hope at the reception desk, Patrick and Robert in sales, and Michael in the finance office every individual at Lia went out of their way to ensure an excellent buying experience for me. Patrick was able to answer all of my questions over the phone and email which was very convenient for me because I live over an hour away from the dealership. Robert was who I worked with when I came to pick up the vehicle and he was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure all of my questions were answered and the trade in of my old Rogue and purchase of my new one went smoothly. Michael in finance went through all of the paperwork with me and was very friendly and understanding of my unique financial situation. After having a very negative experience at a Nissan dealership closer to my home, I cannot express how much of an improvement the service provided by Lia Nissan's team was. I will be recommending that anyone in my town makes the drive out to purchase from them instead of our local Nissan dealership, they are well worth the trip. I was told by the dealership by me that purchasing a similar 2024 Rogue I was looking at with them would be an impossibility for me and felt disrespected, dismissed, and dehumanized throughout the process with them and Lia Nissan made it happen without hesitation and was more than willing to work with me in spite of the additional steps I needed to take to purchase a vehicle. I never once was made to feel less than or like a problem for having special financial circumstances and I am extremely thankful for that after the experience I had at the previous dealership. About a week after walking in to fill out a credit application I was able to drive off the lot yesterday with my 2024 Rogue and I couldn't be happier about my buying experience. Thank you Patrick, Robert, Michael and everyone at Lia Nissan for such a great experience, I am truly grateful.

Philip was the best car salesman ever. Easy 5 stars. Philip also went above and beyond to make sure I was updated on when my car was coming in. Ive bought a lot of cars in my life and nothing compares to the experience I had at Lia Nissan. Rob Gaige was also great with finding the exact car I wanted!!

Bravo!!! These guys are the best. Phil Mangione, my salesperson, is so cool, kind and most of all knowledgeable.. Pedro, the finance person is also the best at what he does. They are both really nice people, nice to deal with. Don't let me forget Rob Gaige, another kind soul who does his job well. If you are reading this and you'd like to try a Nissan out, I 100% recommend this Dealership. You cant go wrong..
