This was the second time Ryan Myers was my service contact. He is very efficient and helpful, and took good care of my service needs. I highly recommend him. Ryan Myers was the service intake person for the recall on my Leaf. He was very efficient and took care of me right away. When I picked the car up he explained what was done and also what warranty service items I could get in the future. While I was waiting Patrick Mastromarchi came to say hi and then went into the service department to find out how far along they were with the service, which I very much appreciated. This is my second car from Lia Nissan and I only had good experiences both with their sales as well as their service departments. They are a friendly no pressure dealership. I can highly recommend them.

05/14/2026: Routine visit this time for basic service - oil change, filter, and tire rotation. Due to a plumbing emergency, I missed my scheduled appointment for 05/12/2026 but was able to easily schedule this follow-up. In and out in about 45 minutes. I'm still on the pre-paid maintenance plan. Service rep is Ryan Myers.

I had a very positive experience with Ryan Myers. While new front brakes were being put on my vehicle it was discovered that I needed a new Transfer Case. This is a $4000 repair. Ryan contacted Nissan Corp, and with only one day left on my warranty he got the repair approved with no cost to me. I can’t say how happy that made me.
