Had a great experience purchasing a new 2026 Frontier. Salesmen Justin Williams was great at listening to want i was looking for. They had a truck that match everything I was looking for. Carm Bonavita Sales Manager gave a better deal for my trade and made the price of the truck a definite buy. The only thing was the truck had a long bed for me, well Justin and Carm said they would find the same truck with the short bed and honor the offer on the table. Having been looking at various dealerships to purchase a new car, I received an email from Lia Nissan with available Memorial Day specials that seemed to good to be true. I reached out and immediately set up an appointment. Upon my arrival, I met with Ron who works with internet sales and had a great conversation with him. He then introduced mem to Justin who was my sales rep and Carm the sales manager. Typically, in any dealership the sales manager is just behind the scenes. Carm and Justin worked side by side and were transparent about everything. Having done my research, I had a pretty good idea on how much I would be spending; however the price I received was far better as they both put my finances and needs first. Unlike many dealerships, they were more about my needs than selling a car. From the minute I walked in, it was clear their customer service was the priority. They were easy to talk to, work with, and showed a sincere care in my experience. Justin was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and had answers for all of my questions. Carm did an amazing job of working with my budget. Not only did I leave with a lease for a new car, the experience was so incredible we leased another a few days later. During that time, Carm was always accessible via text and phone always trying to work with us. There is not a doubt in my mind that when the leases are up, we will be back here for another
