I called the parts department, as our teenager needed a power steering fluid cap for her vehicle. They did not have one in stock but I had the good fortune of speaking to Sean Cassidy, the parts manager. Sean was patient, helpful, and went far above what one would expect as great service. Sean took the time to actually look up other stock and found her one at a local store. He called them and asked them to install it for her as well. Thank you Sean. I told her to get her vehicle serviced at Lia from now on. They may be expensive though, because she saw cars for sale..and now want one from Lia... :)
