If i could give zero stars it would be zero. I bought a 2024 car from here . Appliances that comes with a zero mile car was missing. By pass that, car tire blows out the first 4 days after i told the guy i needed an alignment when i bought the car. The service center Taylor always had a nasty attitude. And when i brought the car for warranty work they scratched the drivers airbag and just reinstalled it. I had a hold on my card for over a month after the car was returned. List goes on… no Nicole the charges i am speaking of is for rental. Not the violation , i violated the third time getting a rental car from you guys. I went in you put a hold on the card and the hold was not off after a returned your rental car .i called you guys, yall said it was off but it wasn’t the hold was on the card for an extra 2 months .

Traveling to Vermont, I had a stud and 2 lug nuts come off my front right tire. I called LIA, got Taylor Smith, and Taylor was able to get me the 1st possible appointment, quickly got his team together to review the situation, and shortly thereafter got the stud replaced and attached new lug nuts for the missing lug nuts. Taylor was friendly, understanding, professional, and a easy to work with. I will continue to bring my car (purchased 9 years ago from LIA) for all my quarterly oil changes and any other car maintenance as from day 1, LIA has always made me feel that I am a valued customer.

Taylor Smith in the Service Dept was amazing I made my appt with him over the phone and when I got to the dealership he explained everything and kept me aware of what was found on my car Ive been going to Lia Enfield for a very long time The dealership might be more expensive than a smaller mechanic/garage, but I feel the convenience/service is worth it!
