I drove in at 10:27 for my 10:30am appointment was greeted by Bartosz Gaczol--handed him my key and asked if I could be called when car was finished and he agreed. I did get that call.

Bartosz Gaczol, the service advisor at Lia Nissan of Glens Falls, made certain that I got everything that I needed. Over the years Ive learned that I need not go anywhere else to receive excellent service. Nissan service is simply great. Bartosz Gaczol goes out of his way to please. I am always very satisfied.

BART G In Service I arrived 10 minutes Late for my Appt. I apologize for that I have trouble w/Time management! BUT I STOOD There for 20 Minutes AFTER I Arrived & announced why I was there. Before someone asked can I help U?!?!? So I was not happy w/that as I had other errands to run. Im old school! I drove 3 Corollas over a 30 year period. MY 1st one which I drove for 13 years actually had over 100,000 miles on it! I had to pull over & take a picture of it! Everything HAD a label on it windshield wipers Odometer etc NOW Its pictures which I HATE!!! Not broken??? No need to fix AKA CHANGE!! My 2nd one was on the road for 10 years B4 transmission went out! I was actually MAD because it didnt last as long as 1st one BUT I got over that Quickly! lol! We wont talk about 3rd one. My vision had changed for night Driving!
