After my car accident, I wasnt sure Id be able to replace my Rogue with something comparable, especially with my credit taking a hit over the past year. I initially reached out to Garvey Nissan since I had gone through them twice before, first for my 2022 Rogue S and then for my 2024 Rogue SV lease. Unfortunately, the response I received wasnt very helpful. I was only sent two options, neither of which came close to what I had lost. Out of curiosity, I checked out Lia Nissan to see what they had available, and thats when everything changed. Bella reached out to me almost immediately and let me know that not only was I eligible for the Platinum model, but they had one in green on the lot, which is a color and trim I had wanted for years but was previously told I wouldnt qualify for. The credit application process was quick and easy, and Bella got to work right away to help make it happen. Within a few hours, she had me set up with an appointment to come in and test drive the car. When I arrived, everyone at the dealership was welcoming and friendly. Bella was especially great, she made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable, and the test drive sealed the deal for me. Once I decided this was the car I wanted, the dealership even made it possible for me to take it home that same day. When I came back to pick it up, Bella took the time to walk me through all of the features and made sure I felt confident before leaving. She also made it clear that I could reach out anytime if I had questions. From start to finish, the entire experience at Lia Nissan was smooth, supportive, and honestly exceeded my expectations. Bella went above and beyond to help me get into the exact car I wanted, and Im incredibly grateful for that. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Lia Nissan, but more importantly, I would absolutely recommend Bella. She made it happen when I wasnt sure it was possible.
