Since we were traveling from Syracuse, it was especially important for us to have a quick, easy, and smooth process, and everything was absolutely flawless. Stephanie went above and beyond for us. She took the time to walk us through everything, including how to use the Nissan app, setting up our phones, connecting Apple CarPlay, and making sure we understood all the features before we left. We are extremely happy with Stephanie and the entire team at Lia Nissan of Glens Falls. This is exactly why we continue coming back even though we live in the Syracuse area.
