I am very pleased with the 2022 Corolla Cross that I purchased from Lia Toyota last week. It has many features & is in beautiful condition. The Sales Rep Kelly Pagano provided exceptional customer service starting with our initial conversation, then identifying potential vehicles for me & accompanying me on test drives, & finally during the purchase process & vehicle pick up. Kelly was personable, professional & knowledgeable so that I felt at ease working with him. He made sure the car would be in prime condition when I left with it. It was truly a pleasant experience dealing with all at Lia involved- Kelly, his manager & finance.

I had a terrific experience at Lia Toyota for the purpose of obtaining a new car. Ricky was personable and enabled me to meet with Noah Rosenberg. Noah took time with me and my friend as I gained information about new features of a 2025 car compared to my 2011 which required a lot of work lately. My overall experience and my test drive was excellent. Noah helped Lia staff approve honoring a fair deal for dealer manufacture discount and enabled a good trade-in value on my car. The process was easy and transparent. He had us meet with AJ the business manager, both the staff and Ricky were personable and looking out for my best interest. Thank you Lia Toyota!
