Could not be happier with the quality of the car and the quick and efficient service we received in buying a new 2024 Prius. Joe Harrigan was our sales rep. He was knowledgeable about the car and took care of everything. The entire process was extremely professional and the service was excellent. Andrew did an amazing job describing the features of this car and answering all of our questions, often before we even asked! I purchased a Prius AWD XLE. I LOVE this car. The drive is smooth and has a lot of extras but they kept what really worked in the older design. I have really dreaded driving at night and now love it due to the auto adjusting lights as well as the very cool interior lights. The heated steering wheel and seats are well worth the investment in our winters. Again couldn't be happier with the car and services. Thank you Joe and Andrew and Lia Toyota.

Finally a good car shopping experience I love Toyotas, and have owned many, usually upgrading every two years. The last few dealership experiences were not pleasant, so I decided to try Lia for the first time. Our salesman, Brent Livingston helped me find the perfect vehicle and a deal I was happy with. Andrew the tech wizard had the car set up for me in no time, and the finance person was very helpful without pushing services we did not need. All in all as pleasant an experience as you could expect. and they will be our new dealership for years to come.
