I had been researching cars online and had already been to several dealers and decided to take a look at Toyotas. Beth Farley assisted me online with me, set up my appointment and was very helpful. At the dealership I dealt with Nick Spoltore, who was awesome. It was quite cold out but he happily went out there and got me 3 different models to test drive and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. By test driving the different models, I knew the car I chose was the right one for me. I ended up leasing the car that day, in part because I felt confident in my salesperson and Lia Toyota. When I returned to pick up the car, Nick again was very helpful and patient and made sure I was taken care of. Thank you Nick and thank you Lia Toyota, I love my new car!
