Chris did a great job with keeping me up to date about what was happening with my car. While the repair wasn't speedy, I waited an appropriate amount of time for it to happen and the car was fixed when it was returned.

I am traveling from Florida and it was time for a tire rotation. While there I asked a question about our Tow Brake Assist and was pleasantly surprised when my Service Writer, Chris, called over a tech expert, Dan, to help me with my questions. I have been buying Toyotas for over 20 years and this was one of the most professional shops I have been in. Once my car was actually in Service area they called me in to meet the Tech working on my car, David, and once again I was met with complete professionalism. If I lived in the area I would always feel comfortable bringing my car to Lia Toyota for Service work.

They were expecting me for my appointment. They were courteous as soon as I drove in. Quickly got things set up and got started. Comfortable waiting area with lots of seating. Part replacement was quick and they got me out of there in less than an hour. Check out was easy and friendly. I trust them.
