I AM A LOCAL BOY. GREW UP IN LATHAM AND STILL LIVE IN LATHAM WITH MY WIFE AND 4 CHILDREN. WE HAVE 2 CATS ALTHOUGH I WOULD PREFER A DOG. I ENJOY TARGET SHOOTING , BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU AND SPENDING TIME WITH FAMILY. I HAVE BEEN IN THE COLLISION INDUSTRY SINCE 1996. MY FAVORITE CAR IS.... WELL IT'S A TOYOTA TACOMA. IMAGINE THAT !!

Cars.comWas greeted, helped by Art Palazzolo. He was very user-friendly. He kept us updated, and explained the work that had been done. The only negative was whoever worked on our car changed the color background on the screen to dark, and the clock to 24 hr/military time. But we were able to find in the the manual how to correct. An oops that we will not hold against Lia at this time.

DealerRaterDarby Wilson has been very good with his estimates for two of my cars fixed at Lia. I have dealt with Lia Cars since 1997 and won't go to any other dealers.

DealerRaterDarby was very professional and responsive. He took my car in immediately and had the part replaced while I waited. It took less than half an hour to replace the part and have me on my way. He handled all the paper work with my insurance company so there was no inconvenience on my part. I would highly recommend Lia Toyota and Darby Wilson to anyone. Five Stars !!!

YelpDarby Wilson was the best!!! Had my cars scratches and few dents fixed at the collision center to improve the cosmetic look after a minor car accident..He was very nice and respectful.Helped me with renting a car and dealing with my car insurance company which is never any fun.He made it easy!!!! I would definitely go back to him when and if ever needed.Oh did I mention honest too! He made an usual annoying experience tolerable and easy!
