Have leased and purchased many cars in the past from various dealers. Always frustrated by them not having the vehicle advertised, not having the color I wanted, trying mercilessly to upsell me and by the amount of time the process took. For the first time, that wasn’t the case. We were pleased to find the exact vehicle we were there for, in the color we wanted, at the price advertised. Our salesperson, Dennis Sunkis, was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable and upfront about all the details. There was NO pressure to purchase anything I didn’t want. No need to spend hours at the dealership to get the deal done. All documents were emailed to me for my approval and pickup was scheduled. I asked Dennis how long I was going to need to be there for signing. He said it would take no more than 45 minutes. It didn’t. This was, by far, the best experience I’ve ever had with car shopping. Thanks so much to Dennis and Lia Toyota for making it so easy.
