On 12/17/25, I called Lia Toyota of Colonie for help to reassemble the multiple parts frim the key fob for my car. Without the fob, I could not use the car. Greg from the Parts Department, because of his extensive experience, was familiar with problem and resolved my problem and anxiety very quickly and respectfully. I wish to applaud Greg for his valuable customer service.

I worked with Greg Odom for my recent purchase of a pre-owned Tundra, he insured that concerns I had with my truck were handled in fast friendly and professional manner. Greg also made sure that deficiencies that I did note upon purchase of my vehicle, but did not expect Toyota to repair, would be fixed at no cost to me. This tells me they appreciate my business and wish to insure my loyalty as an owner.
