We had such a great experience at Lia Toyota! From start to finish, the entire process was organized, efficient, and surprisingly easy. Everyone we encountered was friendly and professional, and we never felt like we were getting the typical back-and-forth that can sometimes make buying a car stressful. Our salesman, Joe Tanski, was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, straightforward, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. We really appreciated how fair and transparent everything felt; there was no unnecessary pressure, and everything moved along quickly and smoothly. Joe Tanski is one of the most down to earth salesman I have ever met. He is super easy to talk to, and works to get a deal done without pressuring you. He secured a great discount on my new 4Runner, and a great trade value for my trade-in. He is by far the best Toyota salesman I have ever dealt with, doing what no others could do, sell me my very first Toyota after 43 years of vehicle ownership.

Update 3/6/2026 - I was in for service 3/4/2026 and I explained to service advisor Sarah Richards that I've been listening to wind noise on my passenger side front window since I bought my car. Sarah wrote it up, and the technician diagnosed that the problem was the gasket around the small window next to the mirror on the passenger side - he did that by taping around that small window and noticing that the wind noise stopped. Sarah informed me, ordered the gasket, and 2 days later when the part was in I came in to have the gasket replaced. I was somewhat pessimistic that the wind noise would be fixed by replacing the gasket, but it was. Many thanks to Sarah and the technician who diagnosed the issue and fixed it- at no charge!

I have purchased several Toyota vehicles over my life, and can definitely say the best treatment and service I received was from Joseph Harrigan at Lia Toyota. I purchased a new 2025 RAV4 in November and was with my son, Connor, Monday night when Joe worked with us to find Connor a great 2025 used RAV4. He assisted my son with financing, insurance paperwork, and offered a higher than ever thought trade-in value. Joe was kind and thoughtful while working with Connor and made sure Connor understood everything he was saying. It is so unusual to have a sales representative take time to answer a first time buyer’s questions. Joe is definitely the man to see at Lia Toyota. And a shoutout to the finance manager too for his patience and time.
