I recently had my Toyota Camry serviced at Lia Toyota in Colony, NY. I have had all the maintenance on my car done there in recent years, Justin Cole is a very good customer service rep there and he explained all of the items to be fixed before I agreed to the service. My car is 14 years old and I have never been broken down with it due to the thorough maintenance proved by Toyota.

I have my 2011 Camry serviced by Lia Toyota every May after it sits in my garage for seven months. And, every May, I call Justin Cole to take care of it. That means, I want Justin to have the car fully inspected, change the fluids, rotate the tires, attach the NYSDMV inspection sticker AND take care of anything he deems necessary. That also means I trust Justin to be thorough, honest, fair. He never disappoints.

Would give a higher score because how helpful Naomi was . But this place was a headache espically dealing with the service worker named Justin Cole . Had me wasting my time emailing and calling him about an issue just to ignore me than run away when I still had to come in for same issue . Naomi was great tho and very helpful

Justin Cole hooked me up with a technician to perform a load test on the battery, which it failed. The battery was replaced. All seems to be well now, except for the occasional electrical glitches that the car has had in the past.
