Excellent car buying experience all around from Kelly in sales, all the way to Khalil in finance. Kelly made the car buying process as stress-free as possible. I truly felt like he was advocating for me to get the best deal. Thanks Lia Colonie!

I had a very disappointing experience with Mr. Khalil at this dealership. From the beginning, his attitude was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. Instead of being helpful or answering questions clearly, he spoke in a condescending manner and showed little patience or professionalism. Purchasing a vehicle is a major decision, and customers should feel respected and valued throughout the process. Unfortunately, Khalil’s behavior made the experience uncomfortable and stressful. This level of customer service does not reflect well on the dealership, and it has significantly impacted my overall impression. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers do not have a similar experience.
