Service advisor Madison DeMarco was excellent - I explained the service I was there for, she reviewed the records and noticed an additional recommended fuel service which I approved. But while waiting, something came up and I had to cut short my service visit - I spoke to Madison and explained the situation - she was able to talk to the technician and get the original items done but cancel the additional fuel service for that day --- that saved me probably an hour. I very much appreciate this accommodation by Madison.

I have nothing but great things to say about Madison and her entire team at Lia. She was professional, courteous, and exceeded my expectations. I had several visits, the most recent with my 2024 Tacoma I was experiencing an odd whistling sound I could not identify. I made my appt, they got me right in, and the truck was fixed before the end of the day. I was expecting the no problem found response. That was not the case . I will be returning for all my service work and requesting Madison upon my visit. Go Lia Toyota ! ****Update to this post**** , I traded the Tacoma for a tundra , made an appt for some recalls, again truck was done the same day , great communication from Madison. Will not go anywhere else for my service needs. Thank you again !

I had a very poor experience at Lia Toyota of Colonie, mainly due to the unacceptable behavior of Madison. Her customer service was unprofessional, dismissive, and lacking basic courtesy. There was no communication, no updates, and no effort to assist or explain anything throughout the visit.When you bring your vehicle to a dealership, you expect respect, clarity, and professionalism. Instead, Madison’s attitude and lack of service made the entire experience frustrating and disappointing. This is far below the standard any customer should receive.
