Avoid MARINDA TINGLY, service advisor at all costs. Unlike other advisors who keep you informed during service and let you know who to meet when your car is ready, MARINDA TINGLY didnt care at all. She ignored a valid coupon I reminded her four times, left me stranded at the service desk, and never applied the discount we agreed on before car service. When I followed up, MARINDA TINGLY was rude and unprofessional from the very first sentence. Management needs to train her on basic customer service. Worst experience ever I will never book with her again. My expensive mistake.

We had two cars in for NY state inspections and maintenance work. Our Service Advisor was Marinda Tingley for both cars. She was excellent to work with and kept us up to date on progress. We especially liked Lia's the new shuttle service using Lyft for the ride sharing since we had to leave both cars for necessary work and needed transportation back and forth to home.

Good and reliable services. The most important to me is that they actually do the repairs they said they will or did. There are some dealers who will take your money and not do what they said they did.
