I recently brought my 2019 RAV4 Hybrid for six month service. Service rep, Michael Richards was attentive, friendly and professional in his contact with me. I was waiting for the service to be completed when Michael came to me with needed and recommended repairs which we discussed. After assessment we agreed on an approach. This is my third RAV4 and second purchased from LIA.

Michael was my assigned tech. He was polite. I expected a call by 2:30 to say my car was done. I brought it in for a 1:30 oil change (25,000 mile service) . I called the service department at 4:15 since I hadn't been contacted. Not a big deal but surprising since I have been called or texted in less than one hour on the other visits.
