Brought in my 2023 Corolla Hybrid for an electrical issue. The overall experience from the the manager I spoke with on the phone to my service manager Naomi was excellent. They were courteous, and communicated clearly every step of the way. Also, the service center was one of the cleanest and nicest I have seen. As it turned out, the electrical issue was a simple fix of a loose connection. Lia was honest about the fix and very reasonable about the cost. Highly recommend Lia Toyota of Colonie, Naomi Hughs and the whole team.

I ruined my snow tire on a dangerous driveway, and I was anxious to have it checked. Naomi Hughes had it checked even though I didn't have an appointment. Of course, it was not fixable and Naomi expedited the new tire order. I was able to get it installed the next day - relieved and on my way to all my activities.

Arrived on time at Lia Toyota of Colonie for alignment and was greeted by a nice lady Naomi Hughes. She was very attentive, listening to my explanation why I needed an alignment. She was also very helpful in getting me my laptop because I left it in my car after I gave my car key. Overall, Naomi provided professional services throughout the process. Just one note: I hope she could be a little more technical in her explanation of the numbers in the alignment results.
