GoogleI had a terrific experience at Lia Toyota for the purpose of obtaining a new car. Ricky was personable and enabled me to meet with Noah Rosenberg. Noah took time with me and my friend as I gained information about new features of a 2025 car compared to my 2011 which required a lot of work lately. My overall experience and my test drive was excellent. Noah helped Lia staff approve honoring a fair deal for dealer manufacture discount and enabled a good trade-in value on my car. The process was easy and transparent. He had us meet with AJ the business manager, both the staff and Ricky were personable and looking out for my best interest. Thank you Lia Toyota!

Carfax5 STARS! It was an amazing experience from our first call that was placed after hours to our follow up call that was returned promptly the following day by Ricky. Next, we received a call from Johnhenry Phillips who became our 5-star sales representative. We live in Fl, and I found the Gold certified 2021Toyota Tundra in good condition with 40,000 miles priced right on car fax after I did a nationwide search. Within 4 hours of Johnhenry's first call, I had all our questions answered and received a video of the exterior and interior of the truck. Within 6 hours we had made our 500-dollar deposit, and I had booked my Delta ticket to fly to pick up our new truck in New York. I arrived 2 days later at Albany International airport to be greeted and picked up in our new truck by the most amazing young man. Time was of essence due to the pending inclement weather. Everyone I met at Lia Toyota from the sales manager to the cleaning lady (cleanest Toyota dealership I have ever been in) was professionally trained and amazingly pleasant to work with. The entire staff was top of the line no BS and our new truck was ready and was in better condition than we could have hoped for a used vehicle. Hats off to an amazing dealership! My husband, family and friends were blown away that I found secured, purchased and arrive safely home with an amazing vehicle for less than market value with transferable warranties in place. The truck looks like new, smells like new and drives like a brand-new truck! FYI as per car fax. 1 owner with no accidents. Gold certified priced under current market vales nationwide. Our new truck was originally leased out of Lia Toyota and was only serviced by Lia Toyota and was offered for sale by Lia Toyota. Thank you, Johnhenry, Ricky and Isabelle!
