The rental car personal are very kind,friendly, and very professional. The Toyota service department (Sarah) especially is very kind,friendly and explained all needed repairs in a manner i understood, and all teams members are always say hello do you need anything, are you having a good day,I highly recommend them 10+,prices are a little high,but that's today's world ,everything is high,keep up the excellent job,I am a customer for a long time, so so happy with this dealership.

Joe Harrigan has been great to deal with at Lia Toyota. Joe met with me, discussed my needs, talked about the options, and Joe got me a good deal. Joe is friendly, always pleasant to deal with, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Joe Harrigan if you're thinking of buying a Toyota! Update 3/6/2026 - I was in for service 3/4/2026 and I explained to service advisor Sarah Richards that I've been listening to wind noise on my passenger side front window since I bought my car. Sarah wrote it up, and the technician diagnosed that the problem was the gasket around the small window next to the mirror on the passenger side - he did that by taping around that small window and noticing that the wind noise stopped. Sarah informed me, ordered the gasket, and 2 days later when the part was in I came in to have the gasket replaced. I was somewhat pessimistic that the wind noise would be fixed by replacing the gasket, but it was. Many thanks to Sarah and the technician who diagnosed the issue and fixed it- at no charge!

Sarah Richards was very helpful, informed, and kind. However, the service scheduler whose name I did not get when I called to set up the appointment was snippy and rude. I decided to proceed and see how the service tech was. This was my first time working with Lia. The car was purchased and maintained there, but I am the new owner. Sarah was great! And I love my Avalon.
