My name is Scott Weis and I am the rental manager for the Lia Auto Group. I have been with the Lia Auto Group for 5 years, but have over 14 years in the industry. During my employment with the Lia Auto Group I was presented with the Toyota Leadership Award five years is a row. This award is presented by Toyota in recognition of continued professionalism in Toyota rental operations. FacebookScott Weiss the rental manager went above and beyond for me with my rental he was very nice professional and courteous I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who's looking to get a rental car at a fordable rate with unlimited mileage he allowed me to leave my car there even though I wasn't supposed to because I didn't know about it which I thought was very nice of him to do I will definitely be going here from now on with my rental needs I wish I had known about it sooner definitely recommend this place anybody was looking to get a good rental deal at an affordable rate and they do take major credit cards as long as you have your valid driver's license credit card and proof of insurance definitely recommend this place to anybody there is no security hold you just pay the cost of the rental which is an added bonus especially for those like me who on a budget

FacebookHad a great experience today after bringing my Lexus RX 350 to get an oil change. I was unhappy with the Lexus of Latham NY and I am so happy that I was able to get great service at this facility. They have up to date equipment and they evaluate everything as soon as you pull in the garage, you can see the computer screen results. I was very impress with the service advisor Scott who was very courteous and polite to me and I did not feel pressured with all the other things that was needed to be fixed with my car. He gave his recommendations and I made a follow up appointment to get the other things done on a different day. I will recommend Lia Toyota to all my other lexus drivers to get services done here.
