This was my first service since buying the car on 1/27/2023. Tires were rotated and all fluids were checked. My service advisor, Shane Coonjah, was very courteous and professional. He explained the planned service and my car was done when promised.

Shane Coonjah is a very nice service advisor. My visit took about an hour for an inspection and new wiper blades. I didnt feel like I was getting pushed into paying for anything extra. An approval/disapproval form is sent via text which makes it easy and low pressure. The waiting room is large and comfortable.

I pulled into Lia's service bay and was met by Shane who quickly pulled up the information for my scheduled maintenance for my visit. I was able to leave my car in his capable hands while I went off to lunch. When my car was finished, Shane reached out via text with my invoice and then called to make sure I knew it was ready for pick up. He was very pleasant to work with.
