I had a very good experience at Lia, told them my thoughts and there response to my thoughts of the problems gave me a sense of security. Whenever I go there, I deal with Vanessa Radley.. Vannessa goes above and beyond. She listens to your concerns and figuring them out. Shes a great listener when your explaining your concerns about your vehicle to her. Always smiling and happy, she takes her job very seriously. Vannessa keeps you informed during your visit on your repairs or how long you should be there if repairs are needed. Youre never left standing in the dark. Like I said earlier Vanessa go above and beyond while your there for service. Vannessa greatjob and keep being the best service advisor you can be.
