The service from the sales manager is extremely poor, showing no intention to solve the problem at all. They constantly shirk responsibility and always blame everything on me. I feel very angry because of their bad attitude and lack of patience. The bumper of the car I bought just five days ago fell off, and I have made two trips to get it fixed, but they keep evading the issue and continuously blame it on me. I seriously suspect that the quality of the car they sold me is problematic, but they refuse to acknowledge it.
