I recently had a 180000 mile check, oil change, and tire rotation on my 2016 4Runner Trail Premium. I also needed to have my passenger taillight assembly replaced. After I left and went to a car wash, I noticed that the most expensive item on the repair bill, the taillight assembly replacement was never done. I returned to the dealership and showed the service writer Allissa Coulombe what the problem was and she immediately took care of the problem at no cost to me.
