Fran has been incredibly helpful. I really and not familiar with the ins and outs of leasing a new car and she has worked me through the process step by step down to downloading the Toyota app to making sure I had the right kind of water. We were so anxious to finance our first vehicle and thought that we would have to spend a good week or so looking for the right fit. We started at Lia Toyota in Northampton and I swear it was meant to be! We were assisted by Francesca and after going over some options, she pulled out our dream vehicle! The make, model, year and mileage we had as ideal and even the color I've been wanting in a car since I was a teenager! Francesca even made sure our payments and downpayment were right on budget!
