Service us always good here. I like the fact that they take the time to not only describe what needs to get done, but the impacts of said service, such as what can wait, what can't, etc. The service department members are friendly and patient, so it doesn't feel like an assembly line.

I have been getting regular and emergency services on my older car from Lia Toyotas's service department for the last 5 years, and they have been absolutely phenomenal. David Spafford, my service advisor, is an absolute pleasure to work with and is quite instrumental in my continued service at Lia. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient and has never guided me the wrong direction with any service or repair. As someone who has used multiple Toyota dealerships for different services over the years, David is a one-in-a-million service advisor. As my older car was reaching the end of its lifetime I decided to reach out to Lias sales department to look into options for a newer (used) car. I had the luck of connecting with Jeremy Pease right off the bat. Jeremy helped me secure a great car, and was very friendly helpful, and patient throughout the entire process with me. Jeremy went out of his way to ensure that the car and final numbers worked with me, and had phenomenal communication and attention to detail throughout the entire process. Definitely was one of the easiest car-buying experiences possible!

Many people are suspicious of using the dealer for ongoing repairs, maybe with good reason. But my experience with Lia Toyota has been consistently positive. The technicians are top rate as are the service people. I dealt with David Spafford who is a very affable, articulate service person. He is that rare commodity of someone who understands customer service AND has extensive knowledge when it comes to cars. He not only "knows" cars but is able to explain things to non-car people, like me. He also is a good communicator. Work was done in the time period he promised and reached out to me as soon as it was completed. David Spafford is one of the best at Lia Toyota.
