The Tech Advisor Scott was extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and even swore at my fiance. He “Assumed” something caused the problem to my vehicle and then after stating it wasn’t, he then agreed with me it didn’t cause the problem because he tried saying at first my tint caused my window regulator to bend and that’s still from him ASSUMING, (issue started happening a year after i got the tint). Unless you can show me how a piece of vinyl film bent an internal metal regulator, I expect this to be covered under my factory warranty. So what i’m getting is they tried refusing warranty work and couldn’t prove or even know what caused it to bend at all, Also It’s a brand new truck. Make it make sense… a simple warranty fix turned into a big problem now. The manager Caroline was a big help, she was very nice to me and has been helping and understanding with the situation, and it will get taken care of. 5 stars for the management team at Toyota, 0 for the employee.

Scott Ryan was very helpful and called me to inform me that the parts were delayed. I understood and appreciated the heads up. First thing in the morning Scott called to inform me that the repairs were done and my car was ready. He even plugged my PHEV in so it would be fully charged when I picked it up. Thats good customer service and I am very thankful.
