Last week I purchased a new 2026 Tundra Platinum from Lia Toyota of Northampton and worked with Tom Brennan. He was absolutely awesome to work with from start to finish. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about all the Toyota’s I was interested in, particularly Tundra’s and 4Runners. He was able to answer any question I had with confidence and detail. He truly knows Toyota’s and takes pride in making sure his customers are informed and comfortable with their purchase. Tom certainly makes the entire buying process stress-free. Not once did I feel any pressure to buy, no rushing and no feeling that I was just another sale. He is honest, genuine and professional while making sure that I ended up with the truck that was right for me. Tom made the experience enjoyable from beginning to end. If I could rate Tom on a ten-star scale, I would give him eleven. He is a genuine true professional and went above and beyond in every way. Without hesitation I would recommend Tom to anyone looking for a Toyota, especially if you are considering a Tundra or 4Runner. He is the person to see if you want to work with someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, personable, and genuinely cares about his customers. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
