UPDATE Aug. 5, 2026 I returned here for service today after getting a flat tire driving through a construction zone, having only driven the new car home from the dealership. Scott in the service department was very helpful and kind enough to squeeze me in despite them having a packed schedule. In addition, I was overdue for Tylenol as I’m recovering from wrist surgery and Sarai at the front desk went on a successful mission to find some for me. That’s the kind of thing I would never expect a regular car dealership to do but that’s what makes Lia Toyota Northampton stand out, the staff go above and beyond! — Buying my new RAV4 was a breeze with the help of Wendy at Lia Toyota of Northampton!
