What really stood out was the exceptional, high-touch service. Amir was incredible with the pre-visit coordination, ensuring every detail was ready before I arrived. Zack made the financial side of the process just as seamlesshe was awesome to work with and kept things moving quickly. Because of their preparation, the in-person process took only a few minutes. Darrian Dejesus helped me out getting a used SUV and made it smooth and easy! He even drove a few hours to get my car from another state. Him and Zach both worked hard to get things straightened out at the registry after I accidentally messed up something on the paperwork, and then I drove away in a sweet new ride. They made sure to do a thorough inspection and made sure all the small details were perfect on pickup. Car came looking brand new and sparkling even being over 5 years old. Would definitely recommend Darrian and the team. It helps buying used to have the high level of confidence that they give you.
